Sony India — Pathetic Service - UnExplained Billing - Krishna Service Center, Dwarka

The Sony Service Center at Dwarka provided pathetic services and charged heavily for just a software issue. They further damaged the battery and after keeping the phone for 3 days, it was still not okay. They still have the phone for next 4 days and I'm not sure if it still will be alright. The behaviour of the senior employee/owner was pathetic and rude. The bill of 1600 was unexplained. The phone is under WARRANTY. I had a very bad experience. Not expected from Sony.
