Sony India — re - (request id[protected] : sony tv services, hinoo, ranchi delaying the repair under warranty period | |
Dear sir, The undermentioned sony tv was purchased on 22/10/2018 bearing invoice serial no. B3/18-19/18/1918 from national electronics shop, ranchi, under 03 years warranty period valid from 26 oct'2018 to 25 oct'2021 from cpp asset secure through bajaj allianz. Product's detail as follows : Sony tv led Model no. Kd-43x7002f ins 18948411 Serial no. 8003057 Invoice no. 1918 Bfl lan no. 594bew91846617 My cpp asset secure membership no. Is ac1850344 dt. 31/10/2018. Once the tv was suddenly got off in nov'2019 and was repaired by the authorised agency thru bajaj allianz in dec'2019 by replacing the mother board. Now again the same problem was occurred in mid mar'2020 when suddenly the tv got off and immediately a complaint was lodged in national electronics shop, ranchi, in mar'2020 and a delayed request id 59988974 was allotted by qp-sonycc on 20/05/2020 due to lockdown all over nation (Well understood). Now the problem and harassment starts from here on, that one after another reminder goes from our side to bajaj allianz then further to sony services, hinoo, ranchi, and response from them is very confusing. They sent sms that repair is on then again sms received that inspection will be done, whereas inspection was already carried out and visiting engineer assessed every due thing and assured that within 3 to 4 days it will be repaired, but not done. Again one miss sabina told alongwith a sms that sony services, hinoo, ranchi, is allotted with the job to be carried out, hence call mr. Nitish singh from sony services. While contacted mr, nitish singh, he assured that within 02 days work will be done but nothing done yet. Now mr. Nitish singh neither picks up the phone nor replies any of my messages and same with miss sabina now. Both are absconded from the scene now and we found ourselves as cheated nicely by sony india limited. 05 days back miss sabina arranged a bogus conference call saying that spare parts is released from delhi and due to courier problem it will take around a week, so talk to person from delhi. When i asked the connected person that from where you are calling, then he said from patna. I asked him to give me the tracking no. Of courier service but he refused telling we don't have that tracking number. So after a lot many harassment days and moments, i am compelled and bound to write a complaint against sony services and related persons. Kindly look into it at the earliest otherwise i have no other option left other then to register my case with consumer court. My point is : 1) once repaired in dec'2019 why it happened again within a span of short period? 2) and if problem is persisting then why can't you replace it with a new one?
