Sony India — reg improper response from max electronics reg tv issue | |||
Dear sir, I am prabu from thanjavur. I have make call log on august 2018 reg my tv display issue. That time engineer came to home on september month only. He said needs to replace one part in sony tv. That time i said pls order and change part. But still i didnt get proper response from max electeonics, trichy. When i call customer care call is in closed status. Therr is no parts ordered. Please solve my query as soon. I am totally fedup regarding max electronics service. Please help me to solve this.
