Sony India — Service Centre did not repair the phone intentionally

Dear Sir, I am using a Sony Experia, C-2004 model. A charging problem came in it due to jack, actually jack has to replace which was not working properly. I went to service Centre of Sony at Janakpuri, District Centre at New Delhi and told them about problem. They said that you have to leave your phone here and later we will check it and get back to you. I trusted on them however told them again that all other things are in line and phone is working properly. They did not answer and later they told me on phone that it will cost approx.Rs.6500 because we have change its mother board. The jack is jointed with mother board and only a new genuine jack was require to fix with mother board hence I understood that they are not keen to fix a new jack. They were willing to change the entire mother board hence I requested them to not to change mother board and later collected the mobile as it is. I told them that it is not good and you people are trying to change entire part to make more money while it could be repaired. Finally they misbehaved with me and told that if you want to complaint against us, you can go where ever you want to go. Hence it is a request to you to please do the necessary action against them. It is not good to spoil the name of a very good company. Please do the needful. Vivek [protected]
