Sony India — sony bravia 32" tv panel | |||
I have purchase sony bravo tv 32" three years back (I. E in july 2015). Two years extended warantee by bajaj insurance. Problem comes from panel by lining in left side of screen in the month of may, 2018. After complain panel was replaced by company ((I think in the last week of june 2018). But after two month same problem comes from tv that shows three line in screen. My extended warantee expire on 18 july 2018. After complain in toll free no of sony care the representative called that your warantee has been expire and service will be paid service. I want to say that sony type of branded company product and its accessories are so poor in quality. If company want to replace my tv panel once again than i will be tankful to him if not in future i cannot believe in your company and its products. Thanks Prem kumar Contact no.
