The television set 48"which i purchased from reliance digial at rs. ₹75k and the extended warranty fee amounting to ₹11k has been giving me innumerable problems. Panel change, connector change, motherboard repair and so on. Latest the screen turning entirely white. We are senior citizens who cannot afford a change of television set every four years. The tv was purchased in 2015.in these four years it has been repaired four to five times. I am tired of interacting with reliance, who put me on to sony and to resolve an issue it takes minimum 4/5 weeks during which period we have to carry on without a tv. I need redressal in the form of a brand new sony tv in place of the existing one. I feel sony to retain their name and market leadership should do this without fail Was this information helpful? | |||
