I have purchased sony bravia tv 32 inches on yesterday from utkal electronic, opposite pwd office, keonjar through bajaj finance. Your representative has come at 11:30 hours on 10.10.2018 for installation of tv without proper power connection and dth connection. My tv was fall down on floor from wall mount after 3 hours of its installation. Tv screen is broke. Tv start bhi nahi hua aur aisa ho gya. So, i request you to please help me.
