Sony India — Sony LED TV bad quality | |
I have purchased a Sony bravia 49 inch led tv in 2017. Few days back (on 19.10.2020) suddenly my Tv display got half blurred and several stripes coming in display. I called customer care and booked a service request on 20.10.2020. On 23rd oct one customer service person visted our home and on examining our TV he told display needs to be changed and it will cost minimum 25000 to 30000. We shocked because with in 4 years the Tv display has gone, not even we have finished the EMI for the TV we have purchased. Where the brand Sony stands out we dont know. We would have purchased Micromax or M I TV for cheaper cost (1/4 th cost of a sony TV). The reason we opt for a Sony TV because for its quality and longlife. But withinin 4 years it as gone . We are maintaning the TV as new as can ( not even we removed the stickers which was there when we bought). We cant afford for the display which was this much cost. If this is the quality sony produces, then middle class families Can blindly go for M I or Micromax tv's. Please sony help us in the trust we have in you.
