Sony India — sony liv premium subscription

I subscribed for a one week premium subscription with sony liv. It expires on 16th dec, 2019. I want to cancel it. But when i cancel it, i am not getting any confirmation that it got cancelled. Also whenever i go back and check in the app, i can still see the subscription not cancelled. I want my sucscription to be cancelled. I do not want any money to be deducted.
