I bought a SONY portable charger(3800mAh) . I purchased it approximately 15-20 days ago. very soon i realised that one side of that charger (the upper side) was made of cheap quality plastic which gets scratched pretty easily . It is completely scratched and looks really bad if i carry it out. The purpose of buying this commodity has failed as the most attractive thing was it's appearance . I request you to please replace this product or provide me a product of a similar sort within the same range which does not have this problem. I am willing to pay an extra amount of 300-400 rupees if you decide to provide me a different product of a higher price. i request that immidiate action be taken on this . Thank you.
