Sony India — Sony providing defective products | |||||
My xperia z3 device got damaged so I got it replaced by paying 14000 for a refurbished phone from official service center. When I came home I noticed the back cover was lifting. Next day I went to the service center and asked them to take back for repair but they refused so I contacted the customer care of xperia so they convinced them to take it.
