I purchased the tv on 14/09/2017 only 2months completed tv got scratches inside the screen and attached the tv on and off photos. Purchased tv from the shop girias investment pvt ltd - mugappair. Hence i have logged a complaint on 21/11/2017 and the complaint no is 44143696 regarding the issue one person came from your authorized service center (Clarity services anna nagar) we had contacted them and they came to my house and check the tv status, there was no proper response from the service technicians and however my wife was asking the query about to fix this tv issue and she was ignorant and asked for the details for restoring the newly bought tv as everyone thinking. And more importantly the person who came was extremely rude and didn't explain the ladies at home politely. Instead they were using and abusing words. I thought of taking legal action against them. They need to answer for this. Kindly understand my situation and do the needful as soon as possible.
