Sony India — T2 ultra handset problem very serious issue | |||
Dear concern I have purchased T2 ultra handset from authorised sony centre based at chakrata road dehradun around 5 months before I have twice given my handset to there authorised service centre for the reason that when i receive any phone my voice start cracking and phone get dis connected when i am on move as i stop moving the call becomes ok, none of the time my complaint is rectified and now i am facing a huge problem i am already using handset of samsung also but facing no problem with same network service provider i have also given complaint on toll free no but there is no resolution till date.I am expecting a quick response this time or i will file a leagl complaint against the company as i am very handful user os sony having almost all products of sony but this time the disappoint level is very very high.
