[Resolved] Sony India — Unable to get proper customer service | |
Hi, My name is Hunny Kalyan. I purchased a Notebook from Sony on the 3rd oct . There were some problems with the Laptop so i tried customer care last month there was no proper solution provided. So i decided to visit your Service centre. I live in Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi. There is a service centre here. I visited that centre so what they are telling me is a all together new story, what they are saying is you purchased the Laptop in the month of March not Oct. I purchased it on the 03rd Oct so it is written 03/10/2013 here on my bills, what they are telling me you need to pay only reason warranty is expired. I told them that it is under warranty they simply don't listen. I tried your Cust Service no again today the time was 07:07 Pm. I reached a Guy i told him that do you want my Model No/Serial No to begin with. He put me on hold saying let me check your details without even taking any details from my end, i was on hold and then he hung up I am very much unsatisfied with the service's and seriously this is not good.
