Sony India — Vaio laptop

Complaint number[protected] I purchased sony vaio laptop on 4/02/15 this year from snapdeal .my laptop is still in the warranty period i gave a call on sony customer care and then on 8th of November 2015 one of your engineer came to my place and took the laptop to service centre . On 16/12/15 i recived a call from sony service centre and they said from where i buy this laptop they are not authorized dealer . After more than a month passed my laptop is still not with me . .
