Subject:- Why did I purchase Sony Bravia TV. Today I am going to share an experience which will not alarm you, but to others while selecting to purchase a Sony TV. I am going to share an experience that how I was cheated and how Sony India provides services to customers. 1. I purchased a Sony Bravia LED TV (Model 32R512C, Serial No[protected] on July 11, 2015 from Croma-South Ex-II, New Delhi-49. Since its installation, I felt problems as just after laps of 15-20 days the TV did not display sound and pictures for 5-6 seconds sometimes. 2. On Feb 14, 2016, the TV completely went-off. Now there was no display of picture or sound. I made a complaint (complaint No[protected] on Feb 14, 2016 to Sony Customer care. In response, on Feb 16, a technician from Sony service stated that the mother board has been corrupted and it will be replaced. Accordingly, on Feb 19, mother board of my TV was replaced by the technician of Sony (namely Amit Rana). 3. It was very amazing that just after 01 hour the TV again went off with same problem. I informed the problem to the technician at about 2110 hrs on Feb 19, 2016 and also made complaint to Sony Customer Care (complaint No. 30782089 dated 20.02.2016). Again a technician from Sony visited (Feb 20, 2016), and further examination he replaced another mother board. 4. You will become happy to know that again on Feb 24, 2016 the TV went off. I have again informed the problem to the technician (mob no [protected]) as well as Sony Customer Care (Complaint No. 30854264 dated 24.02.2016). 5. The story is still remaining, because after my repeated request and complaints, on March 3, 2016 the technician of Sony took the TV to the service centre. After 06 days full check-up, they told that there is no problem in the TV and on March 09, 2016 they reinstalled the TV at my residence. In evening (March 09, 2016) when I put-on the TV, do you know what happened? Again the TV did not display sound and picture. 6. I again made complaint to Sony service centre and requested to come at my residence to see the problem, they told they can’t come today and advised to make a video. I also made complaint to Customer Care and appraised the issue. 7. Since Feb 16, 2016 I sent so many e-mail complaints to Sony Customer care as well as contacted to Mr. Ashish, Mr. Rahul, Ms. Nidhi, Mr. Vipin, Mr. Anil and many of others on many occasion and appraised about my problem. But it seems that they are irresponsible and careless towards customer, due to which I am still facing the problem from last 22 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
