[Resolved] Sony Mobiles — Sony Z Ultra Blanked out | |||
I purchased a mobile Z Ultra for Rs45000(prevailing price then) on 19th Nov 2013, through online Flipkart. On 26th June 2014, to my shock my mobile phone went blank and frozen. I immediately approached their service dealer namely Repair and Return Technology (India) Pvt. Ltd, and requested them to take the issue with Sony company for replacement. However after examining my mobile they asked to me to surrender the mobile and gave me a job ticket no: W[protected] and asked me to come in the same evening to collect my mobile after service. I was made to wait for 4 hours there to get this response. In the evening I called them over their telephone no 43590708 regarding the status of my mobile, they dodged and asked to me collect the same on the next day i.e 27th June 2014. Again When I contacted them they asked me to call back in the evening. I again called them in the evening. They again dodged and asked me to collect on the next day. Now 5 days gone, I am in 30th of June 2014. Again when I called today morning they asked to call in the evening. I think this is clear case of cheating. In stead of replacing my mobile they are dodging the issue for one reason or the other or at least they must refund the price with damages. The customers are taken for a ride. I have spent huge sum of money to buy this mobile and now they left me grieving. Was this information helpful? | |||
