Has baught a led of sony 32 inches from palampur himachal pradesh and dealer has assured fr same day installation, bt despite of the repetitive calls sony technician always makes excuses that i am busy n will install it in evening and lingers on same frm last 3 days, what pathetic sony india wants to show frm their disasterous service care executives, don't ever buy poor sony products, useless sony customer care Was this information helpful? | |||

Thats d only reason why sony's Vaio laptops disappeared nd now sony mobiles no where now a days and if this type f service continues surely sony leds n all that stuff f oled's etc.will disappear soon n they deserves to be kicked with such pathetic service care executives
