Payment of Rs. 5, 166/- was made using Net Banking feature from the TSSPDC Online Electricity Bill Payment site on the 25th Jun 2021. The Payment is deducted from the bank but the Receipt not generated nor the payment is reflecting in the online payment history. Payment Confirmation Email also not received.

Tree cutting near pole as its touching electric wires

Address: Zahid nagar, uppal

Iam writing from zahid nagar street no 1, uppal, There is a need tree outside our home, its branches have started touching the electric wires on the pole which will disrupt power supply if not cut now.
We cant do this ourself as power needs to be shutdown before starting to cut that. Please assign this task to the concerned people....

Three phase Electrical meter burnt out thrice in a year

The three phase Electrical meter in our unit has burnt down thrice in the last one year and we've been made to pay 2850 each time to replace with new meter even when it isn't our fault it's burning out. There are regular voltage fluctuations in the Balanagar area and this could be a reason or the meters you'll are providing are of poor quality. Meter scanning not working to get bill

Billing person came from TSSPDCL dept. to scan the meter and generate electricity bill. But he was unable to generate bill from his machine, time out error was coming. He mentioned that "the scanner of the meter is having issue. And whole meter needs to be replaced." It would cost 3000 rs. I can see reading is working fine in meter, light is blinking. So with reference to above service march to may bill no 0220, ero no 014, dated 4/6/2020 showing total due as rs (-1237). June month bill vide no 0199, ero no 014, dated 3/7/2020 issued for rs 77/- without adjusting previos month bill amount of (-1237)/-

Irregularities in staff, and using foul language when contacted

I went to tsspdcl office in uppal as my house meter got burnt. I went around 12:30 with required documents and waited till 2:30. They said it was their lunch time. When asked how long are they having lunch they started to threaten me and said get lost. I tried contacting pio and apio and they're not attending the calls....

exorbitant power bill

We have received exorbitant power bill for 3 month april-june compared to any other previous years. Never we have consumed 4195 units (Excluding export of 116 units) in 3 months in summer, there were only 3 adults in the house, and we have received bill of rs.34, 765.

Units consumed were 182 units for which slab was supposed to domestic category 1b (I) which is upto 200 units but july bill was taken under category 1b (Ii) which consumes more than 200 units. I have submitted a request to change category with tsspdcl through online on 02-may-2020 registration number is cc[protected]. I received confirmation sms to my mobile and they stated that issue will be resolved within 10 days. On 13-may-2020 the status was changed to complaint rectified in csc (Pending at ero). I thought that maybe within 2 -4 working days the status might be changed

However still category not changed and...

For the month of may 2020 i have received electricity bill amount in online portal as 7474/- which is too high. We basically get it around 400/- amount every month.

tsspdcl billdesk amount deducted but not paid to the concerned

Hi,

I have paid elex bill via "billdesk", money got deducted from my bank account but the status of bill payment had shown error. As bill is still showing as "not paid".

Sent mail thrice to [protected]@tssouthernpower.com but no response received yet.

Can tsspdcl please confirm on this bill payment or refund the amount so that i can pay again.

request for meter replacement

Im from gaddianaram, ga 53, sbh colony over 25yrs ago the meters was fixed in my house. Just we use one motor and 6 to 7 led lights even though the bill is nearly 2500 every month, where the pbm is going on we are not getting, the electrician has checked the meter the person not yet pbm but we thinking that to take new meter and same pbm is raising in my tenants also. Please take quick action for this. We are expecying ur resolution asap....

I made an online application for an additional meter connection (Lt1) for 2kw to my existing home on 18-jun-2019 and made payment of ₹3, 292.13 via a credit card payment.

Initially the application status read ‘meter released, will be fixed’ and after 7 days, the application status on the tsspdcl on the website, is now reading as ‘rejected’.
