Spectranet — regarding the payment of installation charges. 4 days ago

I have already been charged with the installation charges 4 days ago. Did not receive any verification call yet. I have been told that it will be installed within 24 hours. I have been complaining about this since 3 days now. This is so unprofessional and even the customer care service is a total waste. Now they are saying that the plan i opted for is not available. My question is then how dare you take the money for that plan if it's not available at that moment?

My new connection for [protected] is not connected yet after mny false promises to be done in 24hrs, kumar n krishna the sales person n engineer committed timeslots which they never worked on after 90hrs more than 3days its still not connected
