Spectranet — Service Interruption/Account Suspension Issue

I am a customer using Spectranet since last 4 months. My customer account # is[protected]DELH-035576 (Name – KBL Srivastava {Father’s name}) I opted for Spectranet while they were promoting in my Apartment (I.P Extension) about promotional plan of 3+1 months wherein they were giving one month complimentary on paying for 3 months. One of my friends recommended Spectranet due to better speed and reliability. I started using Spectranet and was satisfied with service quality, which ran smooth for 2 months and then internet did not work due to some technical issues (almost 10 days). Then the internet stopped working on completion of 3rd month whereas I was promised an extra complimentary month free of cost. I had to make numerous complaints and do fact finding about agency manager and the sales guy who made the promise and finally after chasing people for almost 15-17 days, Spectranet agency manager Mr. Ashish Bhardwaj paid one month charges towards my account and hence I was able to use services thereafter. I was out of station for a month and I returned 3 days ago and noticed my internet was not working. I was trying to recharge my Spectranet account yesterday and I was unable to do so. Upon making a call @ Toll-free number the customer support personnel told me that my account has been suspended. I was surprised to hear this since my internet was working 13-15 days ago as I did Skype calling with my brother. I requested them to re-activate my account since it was not paid/used for 13 days only. To my surprise Spectranet Executives denied to do the same. They requested me to get a new subscription to be able to continue using Spectranet services. He said that my billing date was 30th while I made last payment on 17th May’2015. I educated him that it was a discrepancy that happened due to Spectranet’s commitment which was made to me and that Spectranet agency manager paid that amount upon reasoning with him for 17 days, and that it was not my fault. He was repeating “System due date is 30th of every month, we cannot do anything in a 20 minute conversation of reasoning and logic (from my end, of course). Not only was he sounding DUMB and RUDE, but also denied transferring the call to a manager or someone with better I.Q This is the worst experience I have had with a service provider who is offering great services. Lousy policies and bad customer support contributes in downfall of best of the organizations. I would suggest you take out time and get these issues rectified ASAP. Do not hire people who are as dumb and numb as Vodafone or other service providers do. I would love to continue using Spectranet services but I will not apply for a new subscription. So please get this sorted by one of your officials. PS: The name of DUMB executive was Rajendra Kumar.
