[Resolved] Spice Mobiles — KINDLY REFUND MOBILE NOT WORKING NOT AS SHOWED ON TV | |||
Dear Spice Team, I am 100% sure this is not going to get resolve still a ray of hope. Order from HOMESHOP18 MOBILE online MI 506 Spice mobile. 1. Ordered White got Black (white Charger, white head phone) it's ok ... 2. BUT head phone not working. Had been to Spice Service Centre Rajajinagar where we need to take walk 2 and half KM walk they promised they are going to replace it NOT YET. 3. Mobile battery is not getting charge as it's "HEART of a Mobile" in Service Centre they did small drama took inside said configured but NOT getting charge. 4. Camera read 8 MP seems to be 2 MP. 5. Called Spice call center which is high charging number. THOUSAND TIME REPEATING THE SAME "GO TO SERVICE CENTRE" . IN Service Centre they say WE ARE HELPLESS Madam. ????????????????????????? finally we are big FOOLS... Many other things kindly REFUND . I am tired. Was this information helpful? | |||
