[Resolved]  Spice Mobiles — Spice Mobile MI525

That I have purchased a mobile model Spice Full HD Quad Core Mobile MI 525 from Tarash Overseas Pvt. Ltd. Plot No. 5, Sector 27, Near Ssr Corporate Tower, Faridabad through the TV marketing Co. Home Shop 18 order on dated 8-02-14 vide invoice no. TARA1171455 dated[protected] for Rs. 9, 999/-. That As per the warranty card received the limited warranty is for the product (except accessories) and is given for the first twelve (12) months from the date of purchase of the handset. That on dated 10/03/2014 (after completion around 1 month) the above said handset was not detecting both SIM Cards. That I have contacted all the 6 service centre mentioned in the List provided by company. But all the mentioned service centres are shutting their services, then i got one of its working service centre which was located at S. K. Enterprises, 1712, A-4, First Floor, Govindpuri Extension Kalkaji, New Delhi, when I reached there i have noticed that the service centre has shifted to 31, Krishna Market, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019. After a long exercise finally I reached to S. K. Interprises, 31, Krishna Market, Kalkaji, New Delhi-19 a service centre of Spice mobile. After visiting 2 days, S. K. Enterprises, received my mobile by computerised Service Request No. 30101371E30220 dated[protected] at 12.37 pm. by committing 7 days time. After completion of 10 days, i regularly asked about my handset to return and they were not provided satisfactory answer. After a lot of harassment, i registered a complaint at Homeshop 18 vide complaint registration no. 99911787 dated[protected], and they informed that your mobile will be return back by[protected] but on that date i also did not get my hand set. Then i have sent a notice to the Spice Mobile by email and ask to take back my mobile and return my money, given 15 days time. The Company before completion of my notice period 15 days returned my mobile. The mobile was repaired temporary basis, resulting the the mobile is most of the time showing "No Network" when i ask to the Service Centre they are saying that this is due to low network. But when i check near the mobile tower of vodafone it is also the same problem is arising. Therefore you are requested to kindly resolve my grievance.
