I have applied for spykar watch by Icici promo offer on 28 Dec 2015 with Bill no[protected] and amount of 349 has been paid also.But I have not received my product till now. Please reply me on mob [protected] soon.

Few days back i have purchased jeans of this company but i was not sure of the product as i have purchased the product from a local shop.I tried to call customer care regarding the issue but instead of giving proper response they put my call on hold without solving my problem.

Sir i went to show room yesterday that 12th Aug 2015. I was completely disappointed from the answer of the executive. His only reply was - this is design. This is to inform u that I neeraj got problem in one of your merchandise (spykar jeans) (blue colour) purchased from the Lifestyles showroom at Pune inorvit mall, a month ago in which the colour is being started fading within a single wash, this was the first time I purchased any spikier merchandise and m facing such a huge problem if this is wait we are paying Rs 2000/- then wats the use of wearing any brand product. Dear Sir, I am one of your oldest customer. I had purchased a pair of blue jeans from one of your store in amritsar some months back. The quality of this pair is not upto mark. i purchased a jeans of yours from your authorised showroom in alpha mall, amritsar i have already washed the jeans 2-3 times but even then colour of my hands become blue on wearing this jean.this is not expected from a branded jean like yours.pls advice what to do? my moble is [protected] and email is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

I had purchased Spykar jeans worth Rs. 2699 Invoice no. SL-282 Dated 04-
Dec-2009 from Shop Shoppers Shop Indira Market, Below Hotel sheela, Durg 491001, Ph.[protected]. When I opened it to wear found it to be defective from behind for which I informed to shopkeeper after coming back from Pune as I went for Marriage and purchased jeans for same to be used in function, Shopkeeper was not ready to accept it so I took back and fixed it with tailor, but after some days I found another part to be scracthed in same style due to bad material of cloth and again shopkeeper not ready to hear anything, I purchased in the Name of brand of Spykar and given such a huge amount for jeans but if I get this kind of material then its useless to have a Brand name or might be shopkeepers are mis utilizing the name of Company. Please take my complaint against above mentioned shopkeeper and let him give me back the return for the amount I paid.

I have been shopping at spykar for quite some time now and had intended to do so for ever till, what happened last week. I had shopped at a spykar store in Karol Bagh, New Delhi on the 6th of January and had left my contact number in the guest diary on request of the Spykar staff. However, to my shock I have been receiving crank calls from a spykar staff member called Rajat from the very same store who called up in an inebriated state for the first time on 8th January (Friday) at 11.30 in the night and was blurting out nonsense. When I disconnected the call with the intention of ignoring the prank I started getting missed calls from the same number. Finally I had to switch off my mobile.But the problem did not end there. I got missed calls from the same number at 12 last night.

I wish to know that as per what policies of Spykar do you allow your distributors to not just misuse the customer's phone number but also harass them like this. I am sure you know that it tantamounts to indecency to make such lewd or crank calls to any lady and the persons concerned can be sued for the same.
Do the policies at spykar encourage dealers to make such lewd calls in the middle of the night in the name of brand promotion?
in case people at Spykar believe in following any work ethics then I would suggest you take appropriate action against this spykar store which is sure going to (and probably already has) harm your brand. The details of the Spykar employee are :

I bought a Spykar jeans from a showroom at Noida Sec 18 and got a defective piece. Moreover they took my telephone number on the pretext of calling me when the jeans would be altered. And since then I have been getting UNSOLICITED sms's on my phone.

After repeated mails and calls from Spykar that it wont happen, I am still getting UNSOLICITED sms's and they have also sold my number to other sister companies as OYO which are owned by them which are also sending me UNSOLICITED SMS'S.

For the Mental Harassment caused and Loss of crucial time and money during meetings as these messages drop in anytime of the day, I want a written apology from the CEO and my jeans to be changed and a monetary fine of INR 5 lakhs, as a meager amount wont affect these harassing big brands. And not that Im hungry after money, I am not, but I really want to teach these people a lesson.

1st complaint * i m purchased cloth of rs7442 from spykar outlet from city 60 mall raipur [ chattisgarh] when i purchased cloth some offer runnig on [ purchasung of rs2500 one spykar bag free] but i 'll not got any bag retailer says i'll not got any bag from company so that i can't give u nd his behavior is to hard. kindly do something for ur brand reputation in india. 2nd complaint* all the customer nd me also every time geeting false bill there is no material code no tin no. every time retailer says some problem i'll not give to u electronic bill. every time he did same . spykar outlet[divine retailer outlet]city 60mall raipur chattisgarh
