no body replying from square yards on my enquiries when i will get the position rent and Roi promised on my purchase of shop at Amenity Avior Navyangan Pune. Almost 2 years exceeded from the promised date of delivery. Had to seek the legal assistance 0f apexchargeback t0 r£cIaim my assets. Without apexchargeback I’d be stuck here. Hi myself navneet we book flat at Mayfair virar in Feb month. Square yards executive name Amarjeet kahar and bhushan gowsami . These people do false commitment and do forgery. It was square yards executive Amarjeet commitment that I would be get 30k payment reversed from company with in 30 days of registration. It's now 7 month passed.still nothing reversed.when i approach them they block number. They say we don't have email id. Whole company seems to fraud. Never ever trust these fraud square yards company executives.

Square yard first I haven’t seen in such fake company, fake commitment just to grab customers.once you stuck than they stop receiving your calls.I bought WTC CBD Noida commercial, possession is about to give in Nov2021. Still no response not agreed for compensation .square yard of the cheater’s many of simple people suffering with square yard.

We have booked a property during the Squareyards House to Home offer/event - On 23rd and 24th Oct 2021 which happened at Lalit Ashok, Bangalore
Free interiors along with some other benefits were promised to us for this property by square yards on that day by two of the executives - Sarojini ([protected]) and Syed ([protected]).
They have made us FALSE PROMISES to make us book the flat saying free interiors etc..etc...Finally after booking the flat and when we asked them for the benefits they promised that day, they are ignoring us.
This is such an unethical behaviour from square yards. Trusting them was the biggest mistake we have made I suppose.
Please dont fall prey for these unworthy people or Company.

I would like to raise my official complaint that I paid 25000/- advance payment to Interior company - square yard on dated 14th Aug 2021 for my gurgoan flat interior work, It's been more than 6 month my order project was not delivered with one or other excuse. Also undersigned did not explain about specification of proposed work execution. However after a lot of effort and communication I agreed upon to support the company and requested to complete my work but no development was found except whats app chat and excuses. I feel helpless as my advance amount got stuck and no further positive support is visible. This long delay is causing substantial monetary loss and inconvenience to my personnel activities. The items in the order were a priority one and as promised on-time delivery I agreed to proceed for the transaction and paid the booking amount. I am not expecting this kind o[censored]nacceptable, careless behavior from Square Yard accompany. If they you are unable to address my concern, then they should refund my complete amount.

I had given a booking amount of Rs.50151/- for the plot to hold the unit on 30th July 2020. As per discussion If a loan does not get approved by the bank, the booking amount would be refunded. I have been following for the last 4 months to get my money but Square Yards team is not giving proper response. I received a call from karan, mobile number +[protected] from square yards tecom. I had very calmly informed him to stop calling me all the time as he still insisted to listen up to him. When i said if this call is going to continue i’ll have to complaint as this has become a sort of harassment and he has the guts to tell me “i don’t care”. What an attitude! I lost it and started yelling at him. After the call got disconnected and what he did next was quite shocking.. He floated my number with a fake gmail i’d and name on the internet and within seconds i received atleast 15 calls from various properties consultants. Isn’t this cheap and fraudulent for some one to employ him to to put the company’s brand and reputation at stake. I need a apology and strict disciplinary action. Awaiting tour timely response

I worked in square yards for 7 months and left the company on 5th of june today it's 21st september and still i haven't received my fnf amount. It has been more than 90 days and last month i have been told that i'll receive my fnf amount till 20th september and that too is a date other than what promised but still i waited and again i haven't received it till now. I request the company please transfer my fnf amount as it is really urgent, i have tried calling but there was no response. I need a revert back as soon as possible on this message and my fnf amount. Please understand it's really important.

They only sell to nri customers, because they can sell at much higher prices for projects which are complete scams or will never be delivered, as we can't check the ground situation. They are not even registered as a real estate company, they are registered as an event management company or it company so that they do not fall under the laws of real estate.
And after a point of time, they will say that projects are getting delayed or cancelled. Since they only hire contract staff, by that time the old team members have all moved to other companies and other countries.
The new team will say they have no idea about what was sold to us and why and instead they will try to request us to again invest in other projects which are safer investments. Do they really think they can fool the same people twice?
Obviously, the biggest scam (Which they were hand-in-glove with) was the barworks projects, which is now being investigated by the us government.
We lost in that too. Along with a bangalore commercial property called artha emprasa.
Both projects were sold to us by manasvi mehrotra, who moved out of singapore to proptiger in india. Guess he's cheating people there now.
There's numerous reports online on they have scammed people.

My name is tushar naidu i was been working in square yards property consulting company from 12 feb 2018 to 7 april 2018. I left the job because of payment issue as i didn't recieved my payment, i spoke to hr ms priyanka sarkar she told me complete the resignation formality and after 60 day you will get the fnf and pending payment but when i contact her she told me that i won't be getting payment as i was working as free lancer for the company. Then when i went to the office she replied me the same but i asked her for the solution for getting my fnf so gave me the number of a person named mr sachin dhiman who was the hr in regional office, he looks after the payments of employee working all over india. So when i called him he told me that i will recieve my fnf by the end of aug 2018 but i have not recieved and reply from the company end, so i request you to please look for this as soon as possible.

Fund raise being done globally through agents sharing high brokerage i.e. 20%. There is no communication for the last two months and return have been stopped. Agents also have now just raising their hands. Investor on the other side are helpless & under panic for losing their life saving, obviously it’s not bar works who came to investors, its agents who approached investors and advocated their product. So if Bar Works turned out be scam, Agents should held responsible equally.
This complaint is mainly against agents like M/s Square Yards so that other UAE residents can be protected from this ongoing scam, and we can get the justice from UAE government.
Charges against Square Yards Real Estate Agent (Located in UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah), India, Honkong, Singapore, USA, London, Qatar, Oman
1. Lack Of Due Diligence : Promoting a fraudulent investment in UAE and other overseas country without doing thorough diligence, which turned out to be a scam now Jonathan Black (Ex COO Bar Works), who in reality does not Exists, Square Yard has no clue of this man and they says that they have done due diligence before promoting Bar Works. (Annexure-I:REDD Monitor & US Announcements to prove that), So Square Yards took risk on investor money and now they since it turned out to be a scam, they must refund investor money as part of the penalty to their mistake.
2. Illegal Overseas Investment Promotion: Square Yards don’t have license to promote overseas business in UAE, but they did it. So it’s illegal.
3. Considerably Higher Brokerage: Considerably higher % of brokerage i.e. 20%, usual brokerage in real estate market is less than 5% (Annexure-II: I have an audio clip of sales manager from Square Yards to prove that).
4. Official Email with Guarantee & Safe Investment: Square Yards approached me promoting bar works San Francisco in August2016, and I have invested $60K over your assurance. (Annexure-III : Promotional email with assurance on Bar works return by Square Yards)
5. I have email showing sense o[censored]rgency for loan clearance from ADCB by Square Yards, Why it was done? When you are not promoting something, how can you advice your investor to invest in that? Is not this cheating/fraud/scam? (Annexure-IV : Email showing pressure from bar works is attached)
6. Intentional Crime:
a. “Intention” of agent need to be define here, whether they did through diligence or simply went for higher cut of commission, and how much high it is? 5% is the standard rate, however if they have taken 20% or more than that how they justify BW return? which is:
- 12-16% annual, for two years its 24-32%
- 25% on exit after two years
- 15-20% agent fee
- BW sales fee
- BW operational expense (Salary, Promotional expenses etc.)

Square Yards again approached me in March2017 for bar works Istanbul assuring its coming with higher return 15-16%, and this is done while Square Yards has their own convertible notes launched, but the focus was on Bar works. 7. I personally met Mr. Aaroon & Mr. Araj in SY Abu Dhabi Office, they knew the whole story, my future planning & all that. (Their contact detail is provide below)
8. Square yards is the one who approached me, and not bar works, they must be counted for promoting this fraudulent product even after they realized in Jan2017 the continued till March-April2017, They knowingly let the investor put their money i.e. which is intentional crime.
9. SY paid for your consultancy skills while proposing this to us, now they don’t have right on the brokerage as their investment turned out to be a scam, and there should be provision of penalty over them to recover investor money.
10. Breaching the trust of investors, as investor followed the advice from agents.
