My app shows money is credited in my account and no response from lender instead money is deposited in Akara Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd EMI ESCROW Account please help me

This app is taking very high intrest% rate I had applied for a loan yesterday they aporoved me 1689₹ loan amount for 7 days and i have to pay them 1839₹ in only 1 emi i will get ₹ 1500 in my account ₹189 are deducted from here and the main thing is tenure is of 7 days and they are taking 2 day 72 hours to provide your money to bank so tenure is of 7 day i got my loan in 2 days so i got only 5 day for repayment and i am paying ₹339 for ₹ 1500 which is only for 5 days

I have availed credit builder loan from your stashfin app though 6000 was approved I received 900 to my account and balance 3000 was locked which was supposed to be credited to my account after completion of 6 EMIs, I had cleared 3 EMIs and day before yesterday i.e 17/02/2022 I repaid balance 3 EMIs so as to get the locked 3000 amount but unfortunately I didn't receive the same to my account, instead I got option to apply for new credit builder loan.Please look into it as soon as possible.

I have available balance in my wallet but cannot use it.. Error code 054 always appears pls resolve it soon .

Still I have not received the voucher code, show the voucher code in app so that I can redeem it, its been long time, or else cancel the voucher and give my points back

I'm Anakapalli Damodara Rao,
I have been taken a loan of 16000 rupees four months back from Stashfin loan app.
Due to my financial problems I'm unable to pay my emis. Now I'm ready to clear my dues. But they are demanding a total amount of 36000 rupees. I had taken only 16000 rupees only for four months period they have charged me 20000 rupees as intrest. I simply refused them. I said that i can pay only RBI intrest rates.
They are calling all my contacts forwarding my personal photos aadhaar and Pan card.
They are harassed me too much and forcing me for suicide.
Recently they have send me a legal notice and mentioned 22000 rupees in it. But while I was trying to pay it is showing 36000 rupees.
Sir according to my financial situation I cannot pay these illegal intrest rates.

I have one loan running from Stasfin, due to some unavoidable circumtances, my few EMI are bounced, pending. But assuring them that I will pay all the dues with interest, but give me some time.. ( mailed them that pls reduce my EMI amount and extend the duration), so that I can pay the EMI's. I have paid one EMI on 09sep2021, October loan not paid, and assuring them that within 1 to 2weeks will pay one more EMI. but they said that this is not possible, you have to pay EMI today only, they have issued legal notice against me, and said that your loan will be closing...
Collection agent of same loan provider called me continuously and shouting in front of rented house...
you are requested to kindly help me regarding this. I lost my job, and EMI payment had been discontinued due to this only. But will pay all the payments definitely. I am a student sir, , can't handle so much pressure...
Please help me sir, trying to pay dues as soon as possible...

This complaint is in reference to stashfin misbehavior and torturing attitude. I am yet to receive the LOAN statement from Stashfin and everyday, they are sending me link to make the payment, I need the LOAN summary of the payment I made and which is due. Every month they are sending associate and asking for payment. Each day getting calls from associates/making visit from associates make things tough for me. we cannot handle this harassment for the sake of LOAN recovery, I will officially be lodging complaint too on Stashfin for their behavior and I will attach the copy too. They are charging illegal interest and using ### to collect the amount. I will make sure this company will face the heat. I realized they are doing the same to hundreds of CUSTOMER.

I applied loan on stashfin, application is approved however amount is not disbursed. It's been 8 days from the day it's approved. I'm unable to reach customer service too, it's like I'm left in a dark.
