    Hello There,

    Mistakenly entered wrong IFSC details on my profile, can't reach any human agents through phone call and chat. The chat bot typically replied wait some time for accessing...nothing later. tried more than a hours still not responding in chat. Kindly change the IFSC details on my bank details or give me the access I'll update myself. I'm waiting for disbursal kindly do needful ASAP.

      I have applied for loan after submitting the document with ban details .. i dint given bank transaction details which is required for distribution amount ..i just inquired what amount offring i got 3200 rs for 2 month 4 emie and repayment amout was 3999 i just infore this offers .
      After some times stashfin colection team called me for pay emies i response indint taken any loan from your i dont have any loan agreement or loan number. They told we have credited 3200 in your account . I check my transaction infound amout is cridited .. i told them i dont need take your maney back whatever u r given to me try told contact cs but i dint find any contact details where to mail where to call ..
      Day by day there are increasing amount and decreased my civil score .. i m still agree to pay 3200 rs which they cridited to my account i ll not pay any more account bacause i dint take loan they give by won .. if this compliment goes to govt . department then please help and take action against company ...

                    One day their representative called me and ask to pay 2362
                    As per the promised of their representative I paid the amount and they now asking for more money and not closing my loan.

                    If my family get to know about this they will definitely kill me and now i don't have a penny otherwise I have paid them but now i didn't have a note of 10rs with me. Please help me in closure of this loan as they had promised to close. Now what will I do and think I should quit my life as I am very fed-up off them.                         I had taken a loan from stashfin, that was a credit builder loan in which 2 partly wise amount will be given 1 amount of 1000 I had got in first then I had paid 11000 in emis of 6 month now I had paid all my emis now second part of amount not disbursed it takes 24hrs but now it has been 5 days the are cheating with me taking huge interest rate on money

                              As my loan is already closed 3-4 months ago but it is not updated to experien credit beuro as now it is showing active and overdue this is very careless process as it is hitting my credit report and score is also low so please update this immediately.

                              Please take care while updating to credit beuro, it should be report immediately.
                              The loan status is already updated in Transunion Cibil beuro but it is not updated in Experian, CRIF .

                                      In sep'21 i fill stashfin loan application but the end of the application form when they asked to attach bank statement I was quit this application form and not complete it, after one day they credited 9000/- rs in my bank account without any intimation.i was not fulfill the requirements of stashfin loan application then how to possible disbursement of loan amount without attached llbank statement. I was already paid 9000 /- rs and above of them but they also add very high interest and call my contacts and relative and harassed all of them. How could they do that, It's getting a lot of interest on pending amount, I am unable to pay that amount. How did they transfer the money when I had not completed the loan process itself.plz solve my problem as soon as possible. . They harassed me so much, If it is registered with RBI then how can it charge so much interest and how can we hack our contacts and harassed them by calling them.
