I have paid settlement amount but they have not given me NOC yet

I took a loan from stashfin last year .
I got a call from their executive on 25th this month .
She was asking me to settle my loan for 10, 800/- . I agreed to pay the amount and I asked them to send me a mail that they are ready to settle my loan for 10, 800/- . And after receiving a mail I paid 10, 800 (the amount they were asking me to pay for settlement ) .
They told me that I will get my NOC within 24 hrs after payment....

    I have already closed my loan and Stashfin issued me NOC for the same but loan is still reflecting in my cibil report due to that i am unable to apply loan from any bank. I am chasing stashfin for same but they are not resolving it.I am attaching my CIBil report and NOC provided by stashfin. Please take necessary action and remove these loans from my CIBIL.

          I my self Himanshu Pathak .. i m from Gwalior Madhya Pradesh .. i take the from stashfin 5000 ... And including intereste i submit all money in January..
          So until now he didn't closed my loan . I don't know why allready 3 month before I diposit money .
          They don't have any proper costumer number .. and inside the app there no option to check close Loan

              I have already closed my loan and Stashfin issued me NOC for the same but loan is still reflecting in my cibil report due to that i am unable to apply loan from any bank. I am attaching ny CIBil report and NOC provided by stashfin. Please take necessary action and remove these loans from my CIBIL.

                  Due to certain untimely financial crisis I wasn't able to repay my and past covid scenario things have been hard. I am trying my level best to arrange the funds and repay. They keep calling from various number and keep harassing and now they started calling my contacts and abusing them too which is totally against the law. Kindly look into this matter. Thanks.

                      Stashfin is a fraud company I took a loan of 5000 INR in June 2021 and because of some serious issues I was unable to make payment on time but lately someone called me fro. Stashfin I have recordings of that call she asked me to pay 6640 for closing the loan and I paid the amount 6640INR in behalf of loan I took from Stash fin but now company executives calling me and blackmailing me to pay 18000 INR more to close the loan and reference calling I paid the 6640 amount but still they are asking for money is this right to pressure a person to pay 400% interest within a period of 8 months. This is illegal please help me if someone can. They are torturing me.

                        I taken loan in Stashfin app and I make the payment lately because of some medical issues (bike accident) I discussed all with employee and they said me to pay 2000 to close the loan and I taken loan of 1000

                          Credit amount without my consent

                          I have applied for loan after submitting the document with ban details .. i dint given bank transaction details which is required for distribution amount ..i just inquired what amount offring i got 3200 rs for 2 month 4 emie and repayment amout was 3999 i just infore this offers .
                          After some times stashfin colection team called me for pay emies i response indint taken any loan from your i dont have any loan agreement or loan number....
