I paid the amount still it is showing in civil.

I have already closed my loan and Stashfin issued me NOC for the same but loan is still reflecting in my cibil report due to that i am unable to apply loan from any bank. I am chasing stashfin from last 3 month but they are not resolving it, even they are not calling me after raising ticket on their stashfin website. I am attaching ny CIBil report and NOC provided by stashfin. Please take necessary action and remove these loans from my CIBIL.

Please note, i had taken loan amount of Rs.5000 on 10/12/2020. And i had repaid the amount on 26/12/2020 with interest. And next day one 5000 amount was wrongly credited to my account on 11/12/2020 (I didn't applied for this amount) and that amount was also blocked in my account because of wrong credit mail received to my bank from ICICI bank. I couldn't pay the amount but plz make it as instalments so that I cld pay, u can't pay a full amount at a time plz show concern and help me in paying amount in emi...

I have raised 3 times ticket via stashfin chat bot but none of the call received nor mail reply...

Due to certain untimely financial crisis I wasn't able to repay my and past covid scenario things have been hard. I am trying my level best to arrange the funds and repay. They keep calling from various number and keep harassing and now they started calling my contacts and abusing them too which is totally against the law. Kindly look into this matter. Thanks.

Stashfin is a fraud company I took a loan of 5000 INR in June 2021 and because of some serious issues I was unable to make payment on time but lately someone called me fro. Stashfin I have recordings of that call she asked me to pay 6640 for closing the loan and I paid the amount 6640INR in behalf of loan I took from Stash fin but now company executives calling me and blackmailing me to pay 18000 INR more to close the loan and reference calling I paid the 6640 amount but still they are asking for money is this right to pressure a person to pay 400% interest within a period of 8 months. This is illegal please help me if someone can. They are torturing me.

I taken loan in Stashfin app and I make the payment lately because of some medical issues (bike accident) I discussed all with employee and they said me to pay 2000 to close the loan and I taken loan of 1000
After receiving the payment they are not responding properly and not closing the loan

I have already paid the EMI for this month, however, they have charged me extra. I have raised the concern with them, but they are not replying...

Mistakenly entered wrong IFSC details on my profile, can't reach any human agents through phone call and chat. The chat bot typically replied wait some time for accessing...nothing later. tried more than a hours still not responding in chat. I have applied for loan after submitting the document with ban details .. i dint given bank transaction details which is required for distribution amount ..i just inquired what amount offring i got 3200 rs for 2 month 4 emie and repayment amout was 3999 i just infore this offers .
After some times stashfin colection team called me for pay emies i response indint taken any loan from your i dont have any loan agreement or loan number....

I paid the amount and loan got closed but my Cibil get reflecting by stashfin. My Cibil shows suit filed. After loan closed why my Cibil get reflect. so from your side update to my cibil. And remove the suit filed.And give me NOC or loan closed statement

I have applied for a new Stashfin credit line card for last 16 February 2022. but I have not received my Stashfin credit line card yet? And Stashfin customer care number is too fraud. And so i have lost money 7000 by them.

Amount was paid after consulting an agent with a waiver of interest but the account is still not closed. Please close this account and help with the noc at the earliest....

One day their representative called me and ask to pay 2362
As per the promised of their representative I paid the amount and they now asking for more money and not closing my loan.

If my family get to know about this they will definitely kill me and now i don't have a penny otherwise I have paid them but now i didn't have a note of 10rs with me. Please help me in closure of this loan as they had promised to close. Now what will I do and think I should quit my life as I am very fed-up off them.
