State Bank of India 04539 Railway Road Bulandshahr — Not update my new nominee name from dated 6/7/2015 to till now by branch and senior officers and kept false promises with customer.

I want to say that I am seeing old nominee name online in my account till now. My nominee had not changed by branch and senior officers. There is not any time limit to solve my matter by Branch and senior officers. They are doing worst work in customer favour. Because this matter is to give service to customer and not increase money of bank they are taking it as a time pass matter. They are playing a game with customer of phone call and mail. Customer is attending call from different number every time by different person and customer has to repeat his matter every time to different person. They promise from customer that they will solve customer matter in future not present. In spite of this they are giving false mail to customer so that customer may think that it is right and may close his matter. SBI senior officers work as a agent and attract to customer only and do not complete customers work. Look this matter otherwise I will take a legal action at it, close my account such stupid branch and also give this matter in consumer court and also give all name of stupid persons which had done false promises with customer and also give my phone recordings. Branch and senior officers are not contacting with me and giving false mail to me that nominee name had changed at their end but this is as is it and I had not received any letter of my nomination register from the side of branch and higher officers and meet only bad talk from SBI hire stupid persons. I have contacted many times to nodal officer via phone and mail but I got reply from there in branch favour which was that branch is improving it and told that your problem will be end or not, he do not know and can not take action against branch. So I think that nodal officer is a agent (dalal) of branch and he is also taking money from branch not to solve my matter. So provide me cooperate and its big higher officer mail I'd so that I can contact with them. I had attended a call from unknown number on dated 16.7.2015. Call person did not disclose his identity. He was doing call from no. [protected]. He listened my problem and wasted my most precious time. After that he had provided me a mail I'd inb.[protected]@sbi.co.in and given instruction to me to send screenshot file of all matter on this mail I'd which had been sent by me. But after that I had notreceived any mail or phone call from the side of that person. I surely think that I had talked such person which give false promises to customer, can not take action against branch because this person was only a agent of state bank of India whose nature is always to keep customer in dark. He provided me fake mail id so that I could not cotact from him. I think that state bank of India is hiring such illiterate and non sense persons which do not understand time value and escape branch employees and keep wrong always in customer's disfavour. I sent mail many times at branch and higher officers mail I'd but not found any reply from their side. Branch and high officers has provided fake mail I'd for customers so that if he contact at these mail I'd he take bad reply in his favour automatically. State bank of India has also opened a call center that is not a call center in real, it is a call girl center where customer is attended by boys and girl in favour of branch. They are trend by branch. First they take customer personal details and after that missuse of it. There is not any time limit to solve customers problem. They play a game with customer of email-phone. They have been devoted for branch to do worst for customers. Even as customer put any problem with them, they at once active and after that they provide fake mail id and phone to customer so that customer could be confuse in himself. After that they distribute money in theirself and make a plan not to solve customers matter. I salute such state bank of India. With humbly, I want to bring your mind at my complaint that I am not taking proper resolution and response of my complaint by customer service and Branch that had given on dated 11.7.2015 when I called at customer care no. [protected] and received a ticket no. CS[protected] of it. After that I have received a message on my mobile no. [protected] which was that "your complaint CS[protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as : Thank you for the feedback. Necessary action has been taken to improve customer service". Then after, I had contacted on toll free no. [protected]; and it had attended by Arjun Rai Chaudhary and when I want to know the status of my complaint by him, he has provided to me incomplete information of my resolution. When I urged at it, to know complete, he argued and told me that he cannot give full information of my resolution. Sir, Branch and customer care both are not taking any action on my complaint to resolve it. Every time when I contacted from Branch, it is saying that you have to wait for its resolution and remind it time by time to branch by me and customer care is saying that you have to contact the branch. I both condition I am unable to take the resolution on my complaint. Sir when I have again contacted at customer care and wants to tell about it that I am unable to do it online because when I tried it online and logged in my account. After that, I clicked on e-services menu after that online nomination. In online nomination there was three step that are : register, inquiry, cancel. After that, I have clicked the option of cancel because I have a nominee in my account already from 2008. After select it, there was a window, I accept it and submit it. After that in second window, I received OTP and confirmed it. In third window, there was a detail of my old nominee and its cancellation and when I submitted and proceed it, fourth window appear there and in fourth window there was a result that "Record not found". Sir, when I contacted at customer care and talked from senior executive to resolve it, the senior executive has not taken it serious and told me that you have not registered any nominee in your account in spite of this you are cancelling it online. Sir, there are all illiterate people in customer care because when a customer is telling them that in third window old nominee name is showing there and my nominee is register from 2008 in my account, they are not taking it serious and giving a silly and illiterate reply at it. Sir, on my resolution that had given by your team, I want to say that Branch and customer service associate is not taking my problem serious and not resolving it. They are improving only service and not resolving my problem and I am walking here and there for its resolution. Sir, at last, I want to say that if you do not take any action at it, I shall write to your board committee that a reputed State Bank of India and its higher officers are unable to take an legal action on employee and is with him not customer. They are providing bad service to customer and not resolving problem. Sir, I hope and think that you are a literate man and you will take an action immediately at it and remove such persons from this reputed bank otherwise I shall take a action to close my account from this branch and you will be responsible for it. It is a very shame for you that for a little work I am writing to you again because I had taken such bad service from this branch in past and that time you have promised that we will improve service but not done by you. This is a very shame thing for a higher officer. For your reference, I am giving to you my old mail details; read it and take an action at it. I had given an application on dated 9.7.2015 to cancel my old nominee and register a new nominee in place of it and given a form to fillup the details of new nominee with it. The slip of new form had not provided to me on that day by staff worker and said to me that you can take it after. After that when I had visited on dated 11.7.2015 in this branch, branch worker Mr. Nagar who is seeing this work told me that it is not possible to change the nominee in my account by them. At this when I urged he told me that you could visit after some days and remind for it to him. Sir, I want to ask from you that I had already taken this bad service in past from State Bank of India and resolute my work from superior team of State Bank of India. However, I want to say that until when customer will take a bad facility from State Bank Of India. A literate person can write mail to your team but an illiterate person will suffer if he wants work from State Bank of India. They are not taking the customer problem serious and giving time to him repeatedly. They are wasting the fame of State Bank of India. After that, I had tried it online to change my nominee but I was unable to do it and no help had done by customer care executive for it. They do not know about it that it is possible online. They ask from customer for it to change. They can take only complaint against branch and say from customer that you can visit at branch.
