State Bank Of India — Online SBI - Amount debited but transaction not completed succesfully

Sir/Madam. On dated 29/11/2014 when I recharge my Airtel Pre-Prepaid sim No.[protected] by using SBI Net banking with my A/C No.[protected]. It was debited byby Rs 299.00 but the payment was not made, to Airtel company.Though I received a sms from SBI that ** Thank you for using State Bank Internet banking. Your Transaction Ref No IH06262750 for Rs.299 on 29-NOV-14 20:37**.I am waiting for returning of this amount, but A/C still not credited with Rs.299.00 against this incomplete Transaction.KINDLY REFUND my amount immediately. I was purchasing some products from Elcab Engineers online throgh SBI Debit card but Rs. 185 has been deducted twice when I was trying to book it. There was incomplete transactions but there were deduction of Rs. 185 every time. I was waiting for automatic refund but even after 13-14 days the amount was not refunded. Do check it.
