State Bank of India — Refund initiated by Amazon but not receive | |||
My name is swati kumari and I had ordered Redmi note 10 (Order ID[protected]) in Amazon on 10 Sep and 14 September I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 16 Sep Amazon initiated refund the amount of my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent the refund reference number ONUS20210916 and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy.
