To, The chief branch manager State bank of india Main branch Sub:- charge dispute refund never pr Cessed A refund of rs 959 was sucessfully processed on 18 oct 2018 to my account. This amount has been creditd to my sbi account by now buti have not receive till now. I have called thw sbi customer care service and his branch give all the details many time the unique transation reference no[protected]. But nobady has resolved the problem no action is being taken. I have confermedwith amazon and they have sucessfully prcessed the refund. Kindely go through the charge dispute emails locate the panding refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We have updated the payment but your executive again call us and asking for payment, today we have made the payment and inform him but agains he asking for payment. and abusing me for not making payment.
