[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] And Yatra.com — Balance deduction due to transaction failure | |||||
Dear sir, I, sunil kumar, tried to book a flight on 30 nov night.But transaction was failed and money deducted, so i filed complaint twice with SBI customer care and YATRA.COM also, SBI customer care saying transaction was successful and YATRA.COM saying they did not received the payment. Details:- 1. Date of transaction[protected]in evening around 10-11 pm). 2. Internet banking used for Transaction . 3. Bank name-SBI. 4. Amount charged -Rs. 4172.00 5. Transaction ref. no.[protected]IG0BBRHUP4 6. no PNR generated . 7. [protected]@gmail.com Money deduction proof from internet banking are attached (please refer last transaction).
