State Bank Of India [SBI] — cancelling out the health insurance policy and auto deduct amount rs 4600 return in my bank account | |||
Dear sir/madam By bank's suggestion on 26september 2016 i had taken the family health insurance plan premium of rs 4600 regarding to which till date 26september 2017 not any certificate is issued by the bank insurance company. And i also gone to the bank 3 or 4 times but there was no response from bank. Once they were saying sometime server is not working sometimes they say till now your policy didn't came so please come tommorrow etc. Only these kinds of response i was getting from the bank side On 26september 2017 the auto debited from my saving account rs 4600 without any information or message to me. So i want to cancel out the family health insurance policy which i had taken last year dated 26september 2016. I want you to return the amount rs 4600.
