To, The chief branch manager State bank of india Main branch Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed" Dear sir A transaction amounting to 1571.41 on the 21st of jan'19 was failed, the amount was debited but never refunded. The transaction was done via phonepe and they have confirmed technical issue from sbi due to which this happened, i'm attaching the mail i received from them. I have called the state bank of india customer service/mailed at support. [protected]@sbi.co.in and also registered at sbi cms with all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken. The only thing they customer service told me was to escalate it to the gm, which i have mailed as well. I have confirmed with phonepe and they have successfully processed the refund I'm attaching the mail received from phonepe, the mail i have sent to sbi upi the 4th time and the resolution message i received from sbi. A transaction amounting to 5000on the 30/11/2018was
success the amount was debited but never refunded. The transaction was done via phonepe and they have confirmed technical issue from sbi due to which this happened, I'm attaching the mail I received from them.
I have called the state bank of india customer service/mailed at support.[protected]@sbi.co.in and also registered at SBI CMS with all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken. The only thing they customer service told me was to escalate it to the GM, which I have mailed as well.
I have confirmed with PhonePe and they have successfully processed the refund
