State Bank Of India [SBI] — delay in refunding

Dear sir/madam,

Fees refund complaint:
While filling and submission of my aiims 2019 entrance exam registration form, we have submitted rupees 1522/- through sbi account and it was paid from my side and deducted from my bank account but there was no option for further step, so we have adopted another method (Net banking) for payment, so finally we paid 3022rs, i request you to refund my extra rs.1522/- paid on 24 feb 2019. The registration form has already been submitted only once. But a total of rs[protected] + 1500) have been deducted from my account. Kindly revert asap.
