[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — fees of rupees 44700 charged back till 6 months ago but not reflected in my bank account

Paid Fees of 44700 on 04 june 2019 through Master Atm card, and the fees i paid charged back on 22 june 2019 but till 6 months sbi is not reflecting the paid money to my bank account.
Merchant was (Punjab National Bank),
I have gone more than 3 times in office they are blaming the other banks, and very much harrassment caused as a Student i have to manage time to their and they are wasting my time each time.
