I am an ias officer of 1981 batch of assam-meghalaya cadre. Ms. Usha wadhwa, a retired government school teacher, is well known to me on whose behalf i am making this complaint.

Please see the attached revised ppo issued by the cpao in respect of smti usha wadhwa, which was sent to your branch on 21 april, 2018. She is still getting the pension at the old rate.

It is requested that she may be paid pension at the revised rate with immediate effect and arrears with effect from 1-1-2016 till date may also be paid immediately.
