Dear sir, On[protected] i have received a call from mobile number ([protected]). He told me to redeem my reward point from my credit card. After that i got a otp sms and my rs. 8005.00 was deducted from my credit card. (This fraud happened at 1:37 pm today 28th-april-2018). This guy know all the information about my credit card and told me about my last transaction details as well. I think someone within sbi bank employee is also involved in this fraud as i have never shared about my last transaction details with anyone.. Sms : rs.8005 was spent on your sbi card ending # at kartfast retail servic on 28/4/18. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 27, 2018 sonam dureja's response On 7th march i was filling railway form and fee 250 Rs.submitted but transaction has failed and 250Rs. debited from my account. So please solve my problem and credit this amount in my account.

I am holding an account in SBI. on 16 April 18 had tried to withdraw Rs 10000 from an PNB ATM no. H2471800. had spoken with the bank officials and assured that it will get reversed automatically. But seeing nothing happened raised a complain on 19th April.
But unfortunately the same has not yet been reversed.
