State Bank Of India [SBI] — fraud transaction through debit card

I deepak kumar gupta, account holder in sbi bank, stated that my hard earned money has been taken out from my account. The debit cards were in my custody, also i have never share my credentials to anyone. On dated 26/11/2017, i have suddenly got the message that my account has been debited by 3500/- and continuously three transcations on same amount of 3500/- has been deducted through my debit card. Thus a total amunt of 10500/- has been deducted from my account.
My account number is [protected] in sbi kamla nehru nagar branch ghaziabad (Ifsc - sbin[protected]. I have blocked my cards, the reference no.[protected]. I have tried to register complaint on this matter on sbi costomer care no. ([protected]) and talked with mr punit, he did not register my complaint.
My fraud transction details are-
1. 25 nov 2017 by debit card-othpg[protected]google *octro inc g.co/helpp — 3, 500.00

I am salaried and primary earning member of my family, request immediate action on the above.
Please take this up on priority.

I recently updates my number, when u am trying to purchase through my debit card, otp number is not being send to my number even though my number is updated
Gst-payment challan over the counter at bank, cash or cheque or demand draft facilities are there for the costomers but the sbi bank staff at kodathipadi, mannarkkad, (branch code-10701), palakkad district, kerala state. Not accepting to do the service. If they do the needful it will be very help for the customer.

Kindly do the needful asap.

I had 15 fraudulent transactions happened on my debit card without my concern even after not getting the OTP on my Mobile Number on 2nd April 2018 09:27 pm (India) and lost my 9100 Rs without my involvement or concern.

All transactions happened for Google *Moonfrog Labs g.co/helpp

I never deal with this site for any transaction in the past and after an inquiry from the bank, I got to know that I would have shared my card details with Google that's why they picked the details and use for their benefits as International transactions do not require any OTP.

so it is requested to you to refund my money

I have been through same unauthorized transaction by "Google *Moonfrog Labs g.co/helpp" amount of 11, 800/-

I have place refund request to Google and Google processed my refund & it's credited to my account after 7 days.

please follow these steps :

Report unauthorized charges

I'm ajit Kumar Verma, from varanasi, Up India. found some unauthorized transaction from my SBI bank account and showing me in Narration all transaction.
GOOGLE*SERVICES g.co/helpp

approx. 46 Transaction in a day of INR 65/- and 2 Transaction found of INR 50/-. Its a fraud transaction from my SBI saving account @ 1st Dec 2018. and still not resolve or fix my problem. I'll provide you all transaction Narration if mandatory. My Amount still not recover and refunded in my same account. Contact Me GOOGLE Play Team. and take a look on my Request.
I already Complained about this issue but no one still fix it. I request to you take a look.
