State Bank Of India [SBI] — harassment by state bank of india | |||||
I had used credit card no. [protected] of state bank of india for which total outstanding amount is 176000/- and it is due to my inability to pay the money i requested them to convert the outstanding amount in emi so that it is not burden on me but they are harassing me calling at my office landline number & mobile due to which my office work is getting effected and i have received warning from my hr department that if the said calls from recovery agents are not stopped than they will terminate me from the employment with immediate effect which will effect my livelihood and it will further create more inability to pay them. However i have no intention of defaulting the payment but i do not have the total amount at one go to pay them and they are not ready to convert the outstanding amount in emi which i am ready to pay. Sir i lost 236 on excess dr as well as insufficient balance enquiry charge 23.60 2 times. they are every time apply irctc transaction comission 11.80 why it is needed when narendra modi says online transaction.EVEnb NPS contribution online they took charges
