This is madhavi,
D/o p. V rathnam,

Issue: every month 1 st he is getting pension amount from aps rtc (1946/-rs).

Last month i have checked balance amount, it was 13000 above.
This month i have checked almost 5 to 6 times and it showing wrong available valence like 2740 /-rs

Can you please let us know, what can i do now and tell me the process to get my dad amount.

I have deposited 4000 ₹ at SBI CDM (04/02/2019 16:36:01) near SBI Kondhwa branch pune, money went inside machine but amount is not deposited in the account. I have received the receipt saying Entered, Retracted Info, Please contact branch manager for clarification.
