Sir, I have done an online transaction through Amazon for purchasing a mobile for Rs.13, 999.00 on dated 08.06.2020, my account has been debited for Rs 13, 999.00, but the transaction from Amazon has not been done due to some reason. The customer care of Amazon said, the payment has been declined from your bank and the order id is[protected]Message of Amazon customer care attached), so complaint to your bank. My Credit Card No. is -[protected]. I am not able to visit the branch because I am working out of the city, therefore I request you that please look into the matter and refund my debited Rs 13, 999.00 as early as possible. but till now issue has not been resolved.
Case under Investigation :We wish to inform you that we have (already) taken a note of your complaint(181678865969) regarding the disputed transaction for Rs.13999 debited on your card account and same is under investigation.
