State Bank Of India [SBI] — International Wire transfer done on 21st August 2021 but funds not received in the bank account till now. | |
I was sent an international payment of $141.69 from Google Adsense on 21st August 2021. On not receiving the funds after 3-4 days (Which I usually used to receive in my account in Bank of India), I contacted the bank in this matter where I was told that the SWIFT code I have given has been deactivated and they are not able to trace the payment. First of all, the SWIFT code which I have entered is given on the official website of SBI i.e., https://sbi.co.in/web/nri/quick-links/swift-codes . Even after seeing the code online, I contacted my branch and they also said that the code given on the site is correct and there won't be any problem. The result is that, I am not receiving the payment although the complete fault is of the bank.
