State Bank Of India [SBI] — Misbehavior and misconduct with the customer by using, abusing language by sbi asst. manager mr. dangi | |||
1. I am father of Mr. Nikant Singh having an Account No – [protected]. I placed a Cheque in my son’s A/C of Rs 7712/- dated 5/1/2017. The Cheque is from Kotak Mahindra Bank, Noida, Sec-18, Dist. Gautam Budh Nagar and paid for clearance by SBI on 10/1/2017, but it was not cleared up to 14/2/2017 at 11.00 AM. 2. On 24 Jan 2017 I meet to Mr. Dangi Asst. Manager regarding noncredit of that Cheque, he told it will take 15 to 20 days and it will be credit in one or two days. 3. Again on 31/1/2017 I meet Mr. Dangi to write a reminder to credit my Cheque, he refuse to do and use unparliamentarily language and he was ready to fight with me a 35 years old customer of SBI Bhiwani, because Bank will give you interest. . 4. On 7th Feb 2017 I again go to Bank Mr. Dangi was on leave or absent from his seat, a another person Mr. Verma meet me and he says this case Mr. Dangi will solve his Mob No is [protected], please contact him. He is only a person who can solve this problem. 5. On 14th Feb 2017 I again go to Bank and meet to Mr. Dangi by saying good morning sir, at 1100 hrs. My Cheque of Rs 7712/- yet not credit on my A/C because 35 days have been past. He misbehaves and uses abusing language by say you can go and give my complaint to Chief Manager in between I take phonic pic of him and report to Chief Manager on 14th Feb 2017, then he credit my money in my A/C within 30 minute, he refuse me by saying “JA TUJHE JHAN REPORT KARNI HAI KARO MAIN NAHI KARUNGA” “DEKHTA HUN TUM KYA KAROGE”. 6. Then after 1 ½ hrs. I came with Chief Branch Manager. He stand up from his chair and ready to fight with me by saying “Aap meri report jaroor karna”. 7. You are requested to take disciplinary action against Mr. Dangi who is misbehaving with nonsense talk with all the customer of SBI or he may be posted in Southern side of India or in Haryana in District Mewat rural area because “Since a long time a stone can be heavy at a particular place”.
