I have payed ugc net exam fee through sbi mops using my amazon pay upi account. Money deducted from my bank account, but the transaction was failure. Now i want to pay my fees. I have tried calling to different customer care numbers listed in your site but didn't get any response.

Kindly, help me by guiding how can i get my money back.
