My name is om gore and i had ordered mi smart band 4 of rs.2299 mi band in amazon on 18 december 2019 and after 30 december 2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 1 january 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number # 962494 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My name is Ajay, I have settled my credit card and paid entire amount as well, but after 3 months of settlement now m getting calls and msg for pay again outstanding amt. I have settlement later and I have paid my outstanding by (PDC) cheque, now the bank harassing me. Even they r not giving me the NOC.

I have not traveled on 24.02.2020 by any means my tag is with me in my office in car parking but system shows deduction of Rs. 110 against debit adjustments with message "Debit_Adjustment34161FA[protected]A4AD80"
