My father was no more due to accident happen (12august) in our family such a big loss after few day we get credit card to my father's name.
After one monts i saw my father acount has been debited due to credit card payment
Yesterday (10octuber 2018) i went to bank and tell employe how do i cancle credit card and what is the procedure to close my father account because he is no more
I gave him my father account number they just check and shouted on me they said the balance is zero i told him i allready withdraw all money
Then they said you may leave as it is its automatically closed and then the document which i provide him through out on the table i was in deprision my father is no more i want to close his account but they dont know how to talk with the demise's customer i ask what is your name? They not answer me he is in counter no 2 branch salkia 61, sree arabinda road

    Amazon issue a reference id for refund but upi account not credited that amount.
    Reference no. Is[protected]
    And order amount is 199/₹
    Order date 13 september
    Payment initiate by amazon 30 th sep.
    But not yet received my money.
    My product is dabur shilajit stamina capsule.
    I paid my amount through sbi upi bhim payment.
    Amazon executive told me payment initiated already and contact ur bank immediately...
    But that amount not reflected in my account.

      On 8th september 2018 imps transaction ref no[protected] made from friend idbi account to my state bank of india account [protected] with sangrampur sbi branch. I repeadtedely contact sbi phone banking team & dahej gujarat branch, but still the issue is not cleared. Please help me and refund amount in my accunt.

        I have loan on my account but for past months I've been paying the emi's from different account of mine. On 20th sep my account was credited with my scholarship of 4550. The bank debited the amount mentioning ECS/ACS RETURN EXH. I want to know by what bills and by what calculations they took all the amount of 4550. I want my money back or i need a proper explanation with bills. U have no right to deduct this much amount exactly on the same date when the amount was credited.

          on the dated of 09.10.2018 I tried to deposit 9500 to my own account through ATM in the deposit machine of Guwahati Refinery complex (SBIN0006196).same amount entered to machine but not updated in my balance, online complain registered with complain ID:[protected] and complain ID closed without resolving the issue .same informed with my local branch also in today morning by written application .kindly look in to the matter once

One transaction id i have received through SMS. another transaction details i have not received through any media. kindly review the above matter and resolve as soon as possible.

              My credit card no ending 9017, I am in big financial debt since feb 2017 coz of my accident, job less no working till date, my father was hospitalized and passed away and that time we have no saving no gold left.
              I got the call from Gurgaon landline starting with 8.30 am to whole day I told SBI credit card recovery agent I need some time coz of my genuine problems but SBI recovery agent always pressure to me today pay the amount if you are not arrange the amount we have several ideas to get back our money, he told recovery agent come at your home and the time of his visit you are in big trouble.
              One recovery agent was also visited my home .
              I am not stay as same address coz I am searching new job in Mumbai.
              Only my Mother and my wife stay as same billing address. So why you send the recovery agent for my ladies family member.
              My mother also in high depression and heart patient.
              Kindly stop all this harassment.

                    Respected sir,
                    I wants your kind attention towards my problem related to non payment of pension arrears.

                    I had received my corrigendum ppo no[protected] dated 15 june 2018, on 1st week of july 2018. I am drawing pension from sbivikasnagar, dehradun, uttarakhand.
                    Sir, i kenw very well that if by chance i can't pay my emi in due date then bank will charged extra money from me and also declear me as a defaulter.
                    Now i want to know from your good office, why didn't your bank credited my amount in my account till date. Is your bank will paid the interest to me for this delay.
                    I will wait for your reply with this hope that you will take the necessary action for this.

                      Respected sir/madam,

                      With humble request, myself, arun kumar bhatati, want to say that i have joint account with my wife priyanka kumari having account number [protected] in sbi j. K. P. M campus, branch code 07125. Sir now my wife is pregnant with 9 months pregnancy. My wife is eligible under state govt scheme related to pregnant ladies which i came to know about 2 months ago. To get all the benefits and facilities of the scheme, single saving account is needed in the name of my wife.
                      As due to health related complications of my wife, i myself went to the branch and contacted the branch manager mr k. C. Baral, and requested him to convert joint account into single saving account and open a new single account in the name of my wife and deposited all the necessary documents required by the branch, but two months have gone my problem and query not solved by branch manager. Instead of helping and guiding me, he is behaving very carelessly and negatively towards me. Due to his negligence my wife is about to lose all the benefits and facilities of govt scheme (Since she is now 9 month pregnant).
                      Thus i request your good self to be kind enough to look into the matter seriously and interfere in it and solve my problem as soon as possible. Mr k. C. Baral is a very carelessly and negative person, how can he manage with the persons with the problem same as of me. As i have full faith on sbi customer grievance services i am putting my matter and hope for corrective action.

                      In alur taluk Hassan district the SBI Bank the aadhaar enrollment is doing, but agency is collecting 100rs for changing address, new aadhaar card and all, so this is happening inside of the bank, the agency will not giving receipt, SBI bank manager is not taking action.

It was written transaction successful but in my application it was shown as pending... when I enquired National board of examinations I was told to do once more...                           Dear Sir,

                          At the very outset, it is mentioned that I was a Government employee and accordingly retired on 30.11.2009 from D.H.B.V.N. Faridabad (Haryana). Therefore, according to my tenure, I received five pensions from the said department of D.HB.V.N. Faridabad (Haryana) and thereafter the said D.H.B.V.N. Faridabad (Haryana) sent my pension file to the state Bank of India vide PPO No. 6013 dated 20.05.2010 and I am getting pension regularly from the department but it is It is sad to say that I have not got any benefit of 7th Pay Commission.

                          I have already submitted annexure-I [see rule-17(1)] undertaking on Dated[protected] to my Bankers but there was no response, whereas the others pensioners are taking benefit of 7th pay commission. Side the above complaint, Therefore it seems that it is no use complaining to the said authority.

                          You are, therefore, requested to look into matter personally and furnish the cause of delay of pension. In case of non-response of this letter, I shall be compelled to take appropriate legal action.

                            I deposited cash Rs 10000 to Cashier-SBI Grahak Seva Kendra- Balotra (Kher Road) to deposit in my account at 3pm, 09September2018. He assured me to transfer the amount within some minutes, but still (8.22pm) I didn't get the amount in my account. I have to make an urgent transactions, but SBI Branch Balotra ( Rajasthan) isn't working properly. Also the Basic Telephone Service isn't available. I can't be helped in anyhow.
                            Kindly do something strictly for all our Human Beings.

The debit cards issued have been found blocked without being given any intimation causing a lot of inconvenience.Though the Debit cards are magnetic strip type and to be changed with new one but it was informed by the Bank that the same should be changed by 31/12/18. Please check and get the same reactivated at the earliest. Please advice for the same .

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    My husband MR.V.Harikumar chennai was using credit card, and he was jobless for more than 18 month. I am only the earning person. Due to mental stress(he was unable to pay the debts) he left the home in search of job. Myself staying with my mother and children alone. The sbi people is sending the agent name Gangadharan sat inside my home and behaved very roughly. also daily i am getting call from sbi which is making me more stress. already my daughter is studying in educational loan. I cant pay the amount in shorter time. I am not saying that i will not pay. I need time (atleast 2 months). I am only the working women, if many times the agents come to my home, my name will get spoiled. Also my husband has borrowed and he is also not with me now. I am already in depression. the sbi people making call continously and not allowing me to think also. I need guidance and immediate support as i am completely in depression, as i have to be alive for my children sake. please help me.

                                      Address: New Delhi, Delhi, 110085

                                      Taken a home Loan vide account No.[protected]. The insurance premium Rs.9897/- debited on 22.3.17 against policy no.8556244 for a period of 10 years. Now again bank had debited Rs.13986/- on 15.9.18 for another policy no.10005718. Further it is also mentioned that in the past also on 30.1.18 the bank had debited my account with Rs.16503/- on account of insurance premium, which was credited on 21.2.18 on taking up the matter with the bank. This proves that bank is in habit of wrong debiting customers account, if a customer does not keep eyes on his loan account.
