I, a banker got a fastag number 34161fa[protected]fao issued for my vehicle no. Dl9cz1501from one of your vendor at lucknow. They charged me rs.1000.00 and credited rs.500.00 in my account. On complaining, they claim that 500.00 rupee are their administrative charges. The charges as per your site and nhai are lesser that what they have wrongly charged. Please arrange to attend the complaint and take appropriate action against the vendor namely ananat singh [protected].

no action has been taken as yet.the complaint is against sbi agent with id ' agentid 70807' sitting at lucknow.
the amount excess charges must be refunded to my toll account and action be taken against the agent so that the repitetion of the act can be stopped. pkgaur[protected]/[protected]

i made payment on specified time but my account was showing pending payment of 3100/- today i made this payment also request you pls refund the charges amount.
Pls confirm reason for chages imposement for credit card being the paynment is made in time.
I purchased a fastag from panipat toll plaza which they sold me for rs 500 but the text which i received is of rs 400 and after this when i want to return that fastag nobody is thee to listen no complaints can be lodged. the place where i purchased it they say that we are not the authorized person to refund the fastag or get it returns talk to the company when i called the so called CUSTOMER CARE on[protected] they say talk to the dealer we cannot do anything. i want to know like what the ### is going on if you are not prepared for fastag why the hell did you launch it wait for some time make the things clear and then launch it. and can anybody explain hot to return it and get refund for a false transaction and how to get the fastag canceled and get refund for that as well.

Exactly when they are not prepared for it, they must not launch it. I m suffering for my KYC since 2 months, no action taken.
I travelled in my car TN45 BL 9486 today, 27.09.2018 in Villupuram-Tiruchy road. I crossed SENGURICHI Toll Plaza by 06.16.27AM, Thirumandurai Toll Plaza by 06.54.35AM and Samayapuram Toll Plaza by 07.40.58 and reached home at Tiruchy. Toll charges were recovered properly.
Again they recovered second time Rs.50 at Thirumandurai Toll Plaza Time 08.39.36 AM (Vide Transaction ID:[protected][protected])

Kindly refund the excess recovery to my fastag account early.
I travelled from Coimbatore to Chennai on 20th Dec and INR 50 was already debited on 20th Dec. Currently I am in Chennai and hence I am not sure why there is a debit adjustment of INR 35 for the toll which was already debited on 20th Dec. 27, 18

I called the Customer care and they are helpless and stating there is no such transaction on 27th Dec which is ridiculous. I pulled the report from SBI fast tag and also received a SMS today morning around 10.43 AM.

Kindly look into this and advise the reason for debit charge of INR 35.

I had recharged my fastag with 2500 rupees one year ago from my sbi bank Debit card my money deducted but balance didn't get updated in my wallet I complaint to customer care more than 100 times each time they says that "we are unable to view your data please call us again later" each and every time in whole year after a month of transaction I complaintd to my bank and then sbi bank send me message that we have successfully paid to the merchant and for more information contact the merchant after that send the same mail to sbi fastag mail ID more than 236 times but not a single reply came till now there is no refund and again today my 5000 rupees stuck with the same problem money deducted it showed successful but balance didn't get updated and you will get your transaction as pending in Statement

I am the owner of 20. Vehicles
And SBI provides the worst service.
I have the fastag of many other banks all are working well no issues in them and they also works fast at the plazas as drivers reply me
