My name is kunal tiwari and i ordered sandals of rs.208 inn amazon on november 9, 2019 and after november 11, 2019. I returned this order due to personal reason. And on november 11, 2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 556079 and told me to fill charge dispute from state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My account got automatically debited for Rs. 2000 and I received message saying "Your A/C XXXXX031241 has a debit by transfer of Rs 2, 000.00 on 04/12/19.". I have not done any transaction at this time. Also when I checked the entry on mobile app, its showing DEBIT SWOO. Please help me to get my money back.
